Camassia Quamash is a perennial herb native to western North America and found growing naturally in large areas of southern B.C.  The indigenous peoples use the bulb for culinary purposes. The pale to deep blue clusters of  flowers appear in late spring.  Pollinators love this flower. This beauty naturalizes easily and will return back, year after year if left undisturbed. Consider planting along side some early blooming Alliums such as Purple Sensation or His Excellency.   Deer and rodent-resistant. Plant in full to part sun.
