Collarette Dahlias are a unique and charming variety known for their distinctive flower shape. These dahlias have a central ring of short, frilled or ruffled petals that form a collar around the center that is surrounded by larger more elongated outer petals. The frilled collar gives the flower a "two-tone" appearance, with the inner ring often in a contrasting colour to the outer petals. 

Collarette Dahlias come in a variety of colours and sizes, with blooms typically ranging from 6 to 10 cm in diameter. They have a slightly open, yet still striking, appearance, making them a favorite in both gardens and floral arrangements. These dahlias generally grow to about 90 cm in height and are excellent for adding a touch of elegance and whimsy to garden beds, borders, or containers. Their unique form and vibrant colors make them stand out in any setting.
