Fritillaria Persica Twin Towers Tribute 3 bulbs per package

Fritillaria Persia Twin Towers Tribute is named in memory of the Twin Towers.   Each bulb produces two mauve-green spikes of flowers that mature into large dark plum purple  flowers.  They bloom a couple weeks later than their Imperial Crown cousins. Plant with Tulips City of Vancouver, Dordogne and Narcissus Cheerfulness.

Similar to lily bulbs the fritillaria bulbs should be planted sideways to prevent the stem hole from collecting and trapping water that could cause bulb rot.  Early blooming the fritillaria prefers to be planted in well drained loamy soils and in full sun.  Deer and rodent resistant.
