Collection: GLADIOLUS

Gladiolus, or “glads,” are tall summer bloomers with sword-like leaves and colourful spikes of trumpet-shaped flowers. Growing 60 cm to 1.5 m, they create a bold vertical display as blooms open from bottom to top. Not winter hardy, corms must be lifted before frost.

Planting corms at weekly intervals extends the bloom season, though each spike flowers only once. Gladiolus thrive in full sun and well-drained soil, often needing staking. Attractive to bees, they’re a striking choice for adding height, colour, and drama to gardens.
