Refund policy

Pre-shipping Refunds
If you change your mind before March 1 for spring bulbs and before August 15 for fall bulbs,  please contact us at cdv.tradewinds@on.aibn.com and we can refund that portion of your order or your full order.  There will be a 5% administration fee on pre-shipping refunds.

Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we don't offer returns under any circumstances.
You can always contact us for any return question at cdv.tradewinds@on.aibn.com.

Damages and Quality Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at cdv.tradewinds@on.aibn.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.  We will make this right by either reshipping a new item or offering a full refund.

Refunds
We will notify you if your request for refund was approved . If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
