Dahlia Decorative Milena Fleur

Dahlia ‘Milena Fleur’ is a stunning decorative dahlia featuring large fully double blooms in soft peach, pink, and coral tones that blend beautifully to create a dreamy warm appearance. Its sturdy, medium-height plants produce abundant flowers from midsummer until frost, making it a favorite for cutting gardens and elegant summer borders.

The key to growing healthy dahlias is planting them in warm soil.  In Eastern Canada this typically means early June.  For a head start you can pot up the tubers in mid to late April and keep them indoors until planting time.  Dahlias thrive in full sun and fertile, well-drained soil.  They begin blooming in mid-July and continue right up until the first frost. These plants make excellent cut flowers and are highly attractive to bees and butterflies.
