Tulip Chrysantha Tubergen's Gem 20 per package

Tulip Chrysantha Tubergen's Gem is a beautiful species tulip with red outer petals and a bright yellow interior.  Plant in and amongst narcissus Quail or Dick Wilden. The specie variety of tulips have relatively smaller blooms on shorter stems compared to their cultivated counterparts.  Specie tulips are often referred as wild tulips, share characteristics similar to how they grow in their natural habitat. Specie tulips are diverse in blooming times.  There are the  very early, Pulchella Violacea, to late, Dasystemon Tarda.  Excellent at coming back each year if left undisturbed,  Ideal for rock gardens and boarder plantings. ,
