Muscari Azureum presents a lighter shade of blue compared to traditional varieties. Its flower clusters are denser, and notably, the shape differs from the typical Muscari with an open bell-shape rather than a narrow mouth. This unique characteristic sets it apart, adding diversity to the Muscari genus.

Muscari commonly known as grape hyacinths, adds a charming and vibrant touch to gardens with its various shades of blue and whites.  Its compact stature and graceful flower spikes make it an ideal candidate for edging along pathways, framing boarders, or accenting the base of taller plantings of  mid season blooming tulips and double and botanical narcissus.  Like other bulbs it requires sunlight and well drained soils.  The flowers attract bees and butterflies by producing abundant pollen and nectar.  Deer and rodent resistant.
