Dahlia ‘Fringed Lindsay Michelle’ is a striking dinnerplate dahlia featuring large delicately fringed blooms in bright yellow petals with bright pink tips. The finely cut petals give each flower a feathery textured look adding elegance and movement to the plant.
The key to growing healthy dahlias is planting them in warm soil. In Eastern Canada this typically means early June. For a head start you can pot up the tubers in mid to late April and keep them indoors until planting time. Dahlias thrive in full sun and fertile, well-drained soil. They begin blooming in mid-July and continue right up until the first frost. These plants make excellent cut flowers and are highly attractive to bees and butterflies.
Shipping begins in April, weather permitting.
